It was clearly spied upon. I mean that’s what electronic surveillance is.” Attorney General Bill Barr said, speaking to NBC News’ Pete Williams about the findings of the Justice Department’s Inspector General report. Shocking the DC elites and liberal media.
The Host, Williams: “Based on what you know so far is it still — do you still stand by your statement that the campaign was spied upon?
”Barr: “Oh, it was clearly spied upon. I mean, that’s what electronic surveillance is. I think wiring people up to go in and talk to people and make recordings of their conversations is spying. I think going through people’s emails which they did as a result of the FISA warrant.”
But on Monday after the release of the IG report, Corrupt James Comey screamed out in celebration, saying in a Washington Post op-ed that “the allegation of a criminal conspiracy was nonsense. There was no illegal wiretapping, there were no informants inserted into the campaign, there was no “spying” on the Trump campaign.”
AG Barr also said “I think our nation was turned on its head for three years. I think based on a completely bogus narrative. That was largely fanned and hyped by an irresponsible press… The question real is what was the obective after the election? They kept pressing ahead after their case collapsed!”
